She's currently obstructing congress. Congress voted to impeach the president, she's preventing that from happening by refusing to do her job. It's a legitimate example of obstruction of congress rather than the baseless allegation in the impeachment article so perhaps that's why you struggle to see it.
Well, you're consistent if nothing else. Cite anything that shows she's obstructing Congress.
Proof is that impeachment has not happened despite the House voting that it happen. She's single handedly preventing it by refusing her obligations. A House with any integrity whatsoever would expel her for that....but they see her as a monarch apparently.

Like I said, when you dispute obvious facts such as that the House voted to impeach the president and suggest that it is merely "baseless opinion" or "lies", there's not much I can do to alleviate your ignorance. You should seek help from someone more trained to work with that kind of situation.
