Seriously? The Great Recession began in late 2008, under Bush's watch. Is that what you are referring to? The economy was very good during the later years of the Obama administration.

So what are you saying, that Obama did nothing and Trump did everything? Trump was lucky to ride on the coat tails.

Is Obama responsible for everything good and bad, or just the economy?

Actually Obama had more to do with the recovery than is normal for a President. Maybe too much. And he did not go far enough in his push to recover.

But mostly Presidents just ride along on what happens during their term. They can occasionally help...but mostly they are bystanders.

And no Presidents are not responsible for anything other than the actions of the Feds.

The sad thing is it was worse than it should have been because they did not dump enough money into the recovery. Should have been 4 or 5 Trillion instead of two.
What policies of the Bush administration caused the recession?

Agreed. These are good things Trump has done. Conservative values. Less is more.

Managing the economy is always worse than allowing the free market to recover on its own. History has taught us that.

And the QE 1, 2, 3, and now 4 did and are hurting the economy/recovery.

Obama inherited a recession. Trump inherited a growing economy under Obama. Why are you mad about that. And why don't you give any credit to Obama
