Exactly. No need for them, waste of space. Massachusetts recently snagged a load of Latin Kings--same thing, lock them up and throw away the key. They are a negative in society.
NY just eliminated cash bail. They are enticing people to go back to court by providing Mets tickets. Maybe they will just have MS 13 night for all of them to chill out together.
