God help us.
He also pardoned a baby killer who beat to death his six week old baby while the baby's mother was at work. As far as I know, she's never got over it, and now she has to know this man is walking the street after what he did to her baby.

He also pardoned a man who beheaded his victim. I still haven't found out details about that case other than the beheading part.

He pardoned over 400 violent felons. A lot of people figure it was his way of getting back at people of the state for not re-electing him.

If any of these criminals re-offend Bevin should be charged right along with them if this is indeed what he did.

One thing is for sure - Bevin must be giving up on running for office.

I don't know. He came close to being re-elected, and he still has a lot of supporters even after all he has done. There are a lot of people here in KY that think like he does. I hope he never holds office again though.

I understand that people are quick to be PC and attack Bevin for his action here. But I'm interested in knowing the science and truth behind his action vs. making an emotional response. AS I understand things, a torn hymen isn't something that is always present in cases of sexual abuse. And, in fact, people of girls/women are sexually abused/penetrated with their hymen being in tact. From what I gather about Bevin's point, however, the facts of the case in question (where the girl was reportedly repeatedly violently sexually abused and penetrated and yet did not have a torn hymen or other signs of physical scars one would expect from such abuse) call into question the perp's conviction. If what Bevin did makes sense in this case, I won't condemn him for it. I've heard a lot of people attacking Bevin using generalized findings of physical signs of sexual abuse (or the lack thereof), but nothing that would address the specifics of the case at hand. Until then, the emotional attacks remain nothing but noise to me.

You are implying they did not like him because he was a Republican, that was not the reason, his party did not matter, many people did not like him personally, yet he still almost won. This was not some "anti-Republican blow back" like you are implying. Just as Hillary losing was not some anti-Democrat blow back, fact is many people did not like her personally regardless of her politics.

The truth is that he was pissed about getting the boot and just like Trump he struck out wherever he could.

The people this republican released where all found guilty in a court of law.
