When the Senate guarantees that the trial will include the appropriate witnesses.
Ahh. So you picked never?
The Senate doesn't answer to Nancy Pelosi. But they will give the same guarantee of fairness which the House gave to Trump. Would that be satisfactory?
Guess the House Democrats were never serious. They can't even deliver their material to the Senate for scrutiny. That means no impeachment, no indictment.
This reminds me of people like you were telling us the democrats would never have the nerve to come up with articles of impeachment.
Then people like you were telling us there was going to be no impeachment debate in the full House.
Then people like you kept telling us there would never be a full vote of the House.
Then you guys were telling us it would never pass a vote by the full House.
So when it finally does go to the Senate, I wonder what your excuse will be then?

Noah Feldman, who is a constitutional scholar, a Harvard Law School professor, and, a Democrat witness in the House Judiciary Committee’s public hearings on impeachment says...
Quote:
Impeachment as contemplated by the Constitution does not consist merely of the vote by the House, but of the process of sending the articles to the Senate for trial. Both parts are necessary to make an impeachment under the Constitution: The House must actually send the articles and send managers to the Senate to prosecute the impeachment. And the Senate must actually hold a trial.
Someday the reality of that situation will dawn on you.
Well today I'm laughing at your democrats and your girl Nancy. She dropped a dud. That's all that matters.
