Now you know why Nancy is too scared to actually impeach Trump over it, because it heads to the senate where it will be torn apart for being just plain stupid.
I would not use stupid. Treasonous is the proper description.

Trump was impeached for blocking each and every witness from testifying in the impeachment hearing and refusing to turn over ANY DOCUMENTS pertaining to same.

Even Nixon and Clinton cooperated in the process.

i.e. Trump was impeached for exercising his Constitutional Rights which the Supreme Court supported.

The sham impeachment hoax will fall apart in Constitutional Court. That is, if your girl Nancy ever impeaches Trump in the first place. They know it's nothing but politics. Fodder for the easily influenced.

It’s not a crime. It’s called checks and balances.

The Congress can take Trump to a court to adjudicate whether or not those witnesses can testify and the court can decide. Until then, Trump has done nothing wrong.

It's hilariously funny. Probably the best line to come out of this entire "impeachment" fiasco.

And that's even before truculent Democrat losers started sulking that it wasn't funny.

I'm not sure what "statue" he violated, likely there is one, but I think you mean "statute".

Nothing. Clinton got impeached for lying about a BJ, Trump for withholding aid for personal gain.
