Read btw 37 states will likely be majority white in 2045. EC elects POTUS. Whether the US is or is not majority white matters squat, even if you buy into Dems splitting USA apart by color of skin. If you do, demographics of states matter.

The region which is changing least , btw, is the Rust Belt.

We already know why Latinos and other minorities won't vote Republican so there is nothing to find out. The Latinos/Hispanics want amnesty for their illegal amigos and they and many other minorities desire socialism. The Democrats promise all of them that. Is that something the Republicans should embrace also in spite of the detriment both are for our country just for votes?

You tell me what is wrong with the GOP other than not advocating for the above? And don't come back saying that they are racists either. Tired of that BS! Of course the Democrats keep telling them they are and since the Democrats are promising them the other things they want they drink it up like kool-aid.

You, your family, and in laws should take a 23and me DNA ethnicity test...will show exact percentages...you may be shocked at what comes up...

Totally acceptable if you mom doesn't speak English and she is here as a vacationing tourist. That's not the ones I am talking about though. These aren't tourists they are citizens or "immigrants".

I don't listen to other's conversations. I couldn't care less what the gist of their conversations are about as I don't even know them but when you can't escape it, it is annoying. For example, eating at a restaurant and you can't move to another table so you are forced to hear it whether you like it or not.

Another factor that you didn’t mention is whether the divergence in the vote between white college grads and white non-college graduates will continue accelerate and intensify as it has in the Trump Era, or go in the other direction of white racial solidarity and how that breaks down on a state by state basis. If it were strictly white on one side vs minority on the other, it would be decades before the minority side took control. In many states, college whites will provide the critical votes one way or another. Also, the percentage of white college grads in the electorate continues to grow, albeit slowly, while the white non-college population is much older and shrinking with each election both nationally and in every state.

Democrat party doesn’t focus on whites. They haven’t won the white vote 55 years. It’s amazing whites still vote democrat. They’re voting for their own demise.

The only white votes that are getting are the self-hating, bleeding heart liberals who are xenophiles also.

The comments by Trump supporters on this thread reminded me of the comments in a recent interview by Florida Republican political operative and vehement anti-Trumper Mac Stipanovich:

Quote:
As for the party, Trump hasn’t transformed the party, in my judgment, as much as he has unmasked it. There was always a minority in the Republican party ― 25, 30 percent — that, how shall we say this, that hailed extreme views, aberrant views. They’ve always been there, from the John Birchers in the ’50s, who thought Dwight Eisenhower was a communist, to the Trump folks today who think John McCain’s a traitor. They had different names — the religious right, tea partiers — but they’ve always been there. They were a fairly consistent, fairly manageable minority who we, the establishment, enabled and exploited.
But .. (1.). because of profound changes in the economy worldwide as we transition from an industrial economy to a service economy and (2.) as the browning of America continues over time ... and (3.) all of the roiling in society on various cultural issues, whether it’s gay rights or whatever, all of those pressures caused that minority to metastasize.
It became a majority and a growing majority. It was Trump’s genius that he sensed the rot in the party and rather than making a quixotic third-party run, like Ross Perot or George Wallace, and losing, he had the vision to hijack the party of Ronald Reagan. I think he’s doing very, very significant damage that I hope is not irreparable.
He daily attacks and batters the guardrails of democracy, whether it’s a free press, an independent judiciary, congressional oversight. ... He’s an authoritarian, which explains his affinity for authoritarians, and to the extent that he has brought a significant portion of America to doubt even the existence of objective truth, it’s dangerous.

Denial isn't a solution to the problem. Again, you probably haven't read all the news about Trump and his immigration policy, not to mention his border detention travesties, but you don't care. And I've pretty much mentioned Pete Wilson numerous times. In any case, your boys are paying a price at the ballot box because they chose to pander to your nativist fearmongering and alienated the rest of us. To paraphrase Herman Cain, blame yourself.

Paranoid much? Man I hit a nerve here. Not my problem - if you're concerned about the browning of America, ya'll should go out and have more children. Like the Mormons or the Quiverfull movement (e.g. the Duggars). I get the feeling you're past reproductive age, so maybe your kids or grandkids better get to work! LOL.
It makes you nasty and hostile to suggest one of his grandchildren might marry a Latino! He doesn't snap at many posts but that one did the trick! LOL . His grandchildren might even turn out to be brown and speak Spanish in public. The current population of the Americas is currently about 1 billion white Americans don't even account for 25% of that in 50 years possibly 15%. Regardless of what these guys on this forum pipe up about wall or no wall a steady stream of migration will continue of brown people.
