Let me help you here - if your party wants to have a political future, you'd better find out why you've thrown away the Latino vote (who used to vote up to 44% as recently as 2004) and the Asian vote (Bush Sr got a majority of us back in 1992), and find a way to get some of us back.
But if you want to keep burying your head in the sand and not address that, that's not my problem.
Again, the way for the GOP to have a political future is to stop demonizing immigrants and drop the fearmongering and compete with the Democrats for the votes of new Americans. You used to have their vote, but threw it away.
Only thing I agree with you is YES, you're on the wrong side demographically. Restricting immigration isn't gonna help your nativist self because the later generations will reproduce. And heck, who knows - maybe one of your grandchildren either has or will marry a Latino! LOL.
Stop your lies. First, the GOP isn't demonizing immigrants. Republicans are supportive of immigration, the legal kind. It is the illegal kind that we are against, of which every American should be against. Stop parroting the lies from the Left.
Some younger Republic candidates are calling for a moratorium on immigration, the wall is being built, Hispanic birth rates are falling.

There is a bigger threat to the democrat platform. In about 50 years from now, most of these brown people will have careers and families, and when they start to see their hard working money going to taxes, they themselves might turn on the democrat party and either go to the Republican or create a new party altogether.
I'm seeing right now where I live and work. Sure, immigrant workers come for the cheap jobs. But while they are at it, they are going to school, learning the English language and taking up courses in business, computer technology and a trade. In about 10 years, they quit their jobs to start growing and selling their own food, or opening up a food truck and then eventually a restaurant, or a landscaping business, and when they start to mingle with other smaller businesses, they begin to see their biggest enemy is the democrat party policies that tend to favor mega corporations over smaller ones.
People will come around in the end, the only thing is we have to keep fighting the democrats on restricting our constitutional rights so the brown people will have them to back them up when it's time for them to take the reins of this country.

You are the perfect example of why there's a (false) perception that Republicans are against Latinos. Latinos are welcome as long as they come through the legal way but that hasn't stop the Leftist media and Leftists like yourself from propagating the lie.
You're looking at it totally backwards. They came close and could have built on it, but chose to pursue the opposite direction and lost most of it.
They had the big majority of the Cuban American vote for decades (up to 70-80%).
George W. Bush had 44% of the Latino vote nationwide in 2004.
Pete Wilson has 47% of the Latino vote in 1990 in his race for governor in California. Threw it all away in 1994 when he went all in on Prop 187.
The question should be: What is the GOP going to do to increase their share of the Hispanic/Latino vote? Demographics are a hard, stubborn fact. You're better off trying to change your marketing and your product.
The Hispanic population loved W. He wanted to have them all naturalized, with the hopes of turning them into a loyal GOP voting block.

Most of those immigrants already have careers and families, and yet they're voting democratic.
There would have to be a huge surge in the white birth rate really soon in order for whites to remain the majority while minority birth rates continued to fall. Short of that, even with falling immigration rates, the browning of America is set in stone. Demographics is a big ship that cannot be turned around on a dime and which takes decades to play out trends.
Stopping immigration isn’t going to change the demographic shifts already in progress. Not 1 single additional immigrant is needed for an eventual minority-majority America.
From the last census:
The most common age for a white person was 58.
The most common age for an Asian was 29.
The most common age for a black was 27.
The most common for a Latino was 11.
The primary motivation for the increase in immigration was that the demand for labor caused by the aging of the white non-college population.
