No....its common to limit supply and increase value from scarcity. Most people do not know that diamonds have as much value as rocks if they released all the diamonds that have been mined into the market. Scarcity is what creates the value for these "luxury" items.
At $110, they look pretty cheap compared to most of Nikes good stuff.
