Even if it's real news, how is this at all controversial? The OP never explained what the issue here is. I'm still waiting for an explanation to why this is an issue at all?
That's because it's a high end listing with a view, 2000 sq ft and a pool. The cheaper rentals are smaller and without the fantastic view. That info just shows that the listing is on the high end of the rental market in the area.
Same applies if someone rents a waterfront home or apartment or a penthouse with a spectacular view. The rent is higher because the property is more expensive and is more costly than a regular rental.
Slow down will you? All this basic common sense is just to much for some to wrap their puddin heads around. It's much easier to believe something bad about a person that one doesn't like.
How does he afford a $14k a month rental though? That’s pretty steep rent. At least he is living within his means though. Making $50k plus a month and only spending $14k a month on rent is pretty responsible.
As a trump supporter, I will admit that hunter knows how to party. Hollywood hills pool view rentals, dc strippers turned baby mamas, sister in law action on the side, expensive crack habits, etc. Say what you want about the man, but he knows how to throw down and live it up.
