The problem is that as soon as anyone brings up anything about blacks that is not in a positive light, the Left will immediately attack it as being racist so any real dialogue that can accomplish anything is going to be avoided by most people.
Exactly and that poster is ALWAYS first in the "you're racist!" line.
They have been to inner cities before. Democrats have been running these cities for 40-50 years and they have done a great job.
Why would one send in troops to Baltimore when there are more dangerous cities? Shouldn't troops be sent to those first? No matter what criteria you use, Baltimore is not as dangerous as some other cities. Spread the troops around.
Let 'em kill each other. It's mostly thugs murdering other thugs. As long as they are not harming decent hard working people who actually contribute to society. If they really want to change, they know how to fix their own communities. The resources are there, but it's always much easier to blame others for their problems.
The only thing democrats have to do with this issue is that they perpetuate the cycle of dependence these communities live in. This is what happens when a political party writes off a certain demographic because they are a sure thing come voting time. But I guess you get what you vote for....

So instead of saying "black" you say "Democrat" or "Liberal" and consequently what you say makes no dam sense at all given that there are plenty of democrat or liberal cities where the violent crime rate is low.
What do you care if someone attacks it as being racist? One only worries about being attacked IF ONE IS WEAK!!! If your position is STRONG and non racist.....you would be able to fend off such an attack.....right? It seems to me that if you are trying to avoid saying it because you fear it being called racist....obviously you fear you have nothing to counter that can defeat that claim. Hence, the issue is why you don't have that strength of position.

Now you are assuming what the other person is thinking, which you can't possibly know. What if he was really talking about Democrats or liberals?
We do know that Democrats and their policies (anti-law enforcement, decriminalization, welfare dependence, etc.) do contribute to crime and the decline of the black family unit, which results in black youth delinquency, which fuels the gangs and violence. So while Democrats may control white cities that may not be violent, we do know that when you combine Democrats with black cities, the results are always going to be bad.

"Should Trump send in troops" Why would we want to stop dems from killing each other? the more they kill, the less there are.
Same way I feel about liberals and their fight for abortion rights.
