Isn't that the truth. The Dems keep saying that no one is above the law, yet they are doing the same thing they are accusing the president of doing. Hypocrisy at its finest.
Biden and/or his drug addict loser offspring would get crucified in a Senate hearing and he knows it.
He should agree to answer questions from the Senate after Donald Trump and his underlings appear first to answers questions. The impeachment trial is after all about actions that Trump and his administration took. They should be the real focus.
But Giuliani, Mulvaney, McGahn, Pompeo, etc have all done just that. Why do you think it's okay for them to refuse?

It’s something you lefties don’t seem to be overly concerned with. ... it’s called the LAW.
Aside the matter of Executive Privilege, which all Presidents have by law, and all Presidents have exercised that right, every person possesses, by law, Attorney-Client privilege, which is a core foundation of our legal system. The President isn’t exempt ... he has that right also. Legally, no attorney can be compelled to testify against his own client. Doing so would be illegal, and absolute cause for said Attorney being disbarred.
There is no more obvious example of how lawless the democrats have become than to allege Trump committed “Obstruction of Congress” by seeking a court injunction to defend the constitutionally protected rights of the President. In fact, this isn’t Trump making these decisions ... this is the White House legal council defending the rights of the President .... which is a big deal, because it isn't just about Donald Trump’s rights, it’s about the rights of the “Office of the President” regardless of who the current and temporary holder of that office happens to be.
By comparison, Biden simply says he’ll refuse to comply with a subpoena, without any legal grounds to do so.
That’s the difference.... and it’s a big difference.

I agree with this tweet by Bill Kristol and think Biden should honor a subpoena if one is issued. Some smart woman said that if they go low, "we go high." Grnadpa Joe should take that advice even if I don't believe he has anything to offer in the impeachment of the president. It would be a great way to throw the ball back in Fat Donnie's court

Now, you think the accused should not only be required to testify against himself, his attorneys required to violate attorney-client privilege, but this should be FIRST, before anyone else is required to testify?

Biden has NO Executive Privilege. He is just a regular citizen at this point. If he does not comply with the LAW he should be physically picked up by law enforcement and drug by his hair plugs to the hearings, or jail. People talk about Trump's hair. Among the many accomplishments of the Trump Administration thus far, none so obvious, and never before has a single individual exposed the criminal democrats and their lapdog media like Trump has. I just love it when he points to those groups from CNN and others, and calls them fakes to their faces!
