Hersh not wanting to go public is not the same as "disagreeing" with his own beliefs, which is kind of impossible to do.
Again, the people who wrote the bill of rights, wrote the federalist papers to explain to commoners what it meant.
You can not ignore the federalist papers, or pretend the militia part isnt in the constitution.
