No lie. The standard Presidential problem. The guy may have every intention of doing so but we he gets there he finds out it cannot be done. So he does the best he thinks can be done. Which is what Obama did.

Yeah, at the time. Special conditions.

Stoller wants prices to be set by local production/wage costs, which means on average goods will be more expensive rather than the low cost offered by international supply chains.
