It will be an interesting race.
That's actually giving a lot of the Kansas GOP officials a lot of heartburn because of Kobach's past record.

Well, the republican party has FINALLY admitted, out loud, that voter suppression is in their players handbook and used to win when they otherwise can't.

HA HA HA! That committee quietly folded up and went away when the only voter fraud they found was on the right.

It just . . . went away.

I thought he would disappear after he was humiliated in court by that judge.

He has to run for something in order to earn a living. He's probably unemployable. He's made a lot of money bankrupting local municipalities. While having little effect on immigration legislation. His association with hate groups and white supremacist and without the endorsement of the man he is trying replace means that this is just another attempt by him to have an income through fleecing people about his potential as a serious candidate. He charged $300.00 per hour to "train" the Maricopa County Sheriff office in immigration matters. With Kobach you have to be careful what you wish for. In a case in which he prevailed the ordinance forces a private business to adopt a federal program to get a business license. Tell me that's not big government legislation.

A Dem winning in Kansas is an up hill battle. Always put your money on the GOP winning any state wide race in Kansas. You will win 4 out of 5 times.

Yes it is, this is the new republican strategy, if you can’t win an election then suppress the vote through voter identification and gerrymandering . Do tell about all the success stories of voter fraud that kobach’s commission found. You should be careful tossing around the word moron, seems it fits in his case.
