That's what having the top 10 highest billionaires per capita means: wide income inequality. For example Sweden is on the top 10 list. The US is not. Sweden's poverty rate is higher than that of the US. Their college students have an average student loan debt of $19,000, which is surprising as college is supposed to be free.

As to taxes? Read and learn the info on that including a Washington Post article and a link to research in this post:

In reality, they would be forced to sell, thanks to the leftists, because they wouldn't be able to afford the property tax once the price rises.

This is why I am against property tax.

Yeah, the median price is lower today than in 07, higher crime areas of California still haven't reached the 2007 peak yet

You still failed to explain how the rich buys votes.

I don't remember receiving any payments from anybody when I vote. Have you?

Money <> political power in a democracy.

California has Prop 13, which caps property tax at 1%, and can't be raised more than 2% per year.

So some of the owner occupants left might still be paying as little as $1,000 in annual property tax

Why can't another investor build a high rise building with hundreds of units next to your $600K single house and rent them out for $1000/month?

A true democracy means majority rule but the rights of the minority cannot be violated. You cannot violate other people's property rights to satisfy your own needs/wants.

That's not democracy. That's mob rule.
But the vast majority of Americans don't support the oligarchy that you support. There is a reason why the neo-feudal society that you promote is not idealized anywhere except among the super rich. At that time, the private property rights of the super rich was paramount. Far more important than any semblance of democracy. Among a large chunk of the super rich, democracy is despised. For good reason. They have no reason to support democracy, because it is a threat to their power, status and privilege. That's why they buy the puppets the puppets in DC. They will perk up their ears when the masses no longer buy into the propaganda. We need fighters in DC that stand up for the working class and don't pull any punches. These days, 95% of them are mere lackeys of the super rich.

He can't.
It doesn't happen. Many, many wealthy people have run for office and failed.
Hillary spent much more than Trump. Failed. She had entire countries backing her. Didn't help.
Evidence just doesn't work with some people. They simply "bleeve".

Most of the Rich Billionaires are Rich Democrat supporters like Gates and Bezo.

I don't like their Politics but I love their products and how easy they've made my life. They have also added to my wealth being a stockholder in their companies.
Never have I ever seen the wealth of one person restrict how much wealth I accumulate.

Their wealth is reinvested in jobs and the growth of the economy. Plus they usually support very large charities.

On the other hand there is Soros. Can't think of anything decent to say about him.

Can you imagine if Steve Jobs had never been born. The Gates Foundations gives Billions to Charities.
