Oh that's certainly the plan. First abortion, then contraception and finally the holy grail, only men to vote.

Why on earth is abortion such a huge issue. It's a personal issue. We can't even get the worthless politicians and supreme court to rule in favor of actual rights such as the second amendment but somehow this is always a discussion.

You do know you can buy Do-It-Yourself-At-Home Abortion Kits online and save yourself the drive to an abortion clinic.

The U.S. doesn't want to end up like Japan, a shockingly low fertility rate, with 1.2 applicants per job. So! Let's overturn Roe v. Wade.

But sorry, that's not going to increase the fertility rate.

True, but who is pushing for the reversal of Roe v Wade? You can split hairs or you can be honest about it. Why is Trump catering to the Evangelicals by ramming through conservative judges and pretending to be a religious man? We all know who is behind the anti abortion movement.

Yep. This is where we are headed and I fear the train is unstoppable now.

I think in the future we may also see serious attempts to restrict women's career choices, since the Christian Right believes that a woman's place is in the home, cooking and cleaning, and that the rise of two-income households also has contributed to the moral decline of our society.

It's a personal issue until taxpayers have to fund it

How about until taxpayers have to fund once that child is actually born? Taxpayer is paying a whole lot more then.

The child will grow to become an adult. The adult will start to work and pay taxes.

Griswald justifies Roe. If they want to attack Roe, they need to get rid of Griswald. And from my standpoint, they legal basis for Griswald is VERY weak. Attacking that would be more viable then attacking Roe with Griswald in place.
