I suppose we should pray for everyone, but people generally pray for those they are tied to in one way or another, family, friends, church members, countrymen.
Yeah, we should, our enemies are just being "patriotic" for their side/country etc etc. They are doing what their country asks them to do. People all want the same basic things, generally speaking.
That all said, I'd rather see them dead then ours dead.

Governments lie and let the common man fight and die...sad but many troops in every country are just normal folk who follow orders and fight for what their leaders tell them is "right". IF we get into a war with Iran many of those young men who will die for Iran are no different than those young Americans doing the same. Other than cultural/religious differences...both governments of America/Iran are corrupt...but THEY don't fight or die for their lies.
A lot of food for thought in this thread. I appreciate that. Honestly, I have never prayed for the troops of another country that I can recall. Now I feel bad because as mentioned above, their troops are like our troops mostly, just fighting for their country and trusting their leaders and their leaders words. I should have at least prayed for the least amount of injuries and causalities as possible on both sides.
