As usual, the article doesn't tell us the whole story.

I could be wrong (and if I am, I shouldn't be) but I would hope that safety issues trump all other issues.

Another law that stomps all over property rights in the name of twisted justice.

The idea that something is right merely because it is the law is ridiculous.
Why do you feel that it is right?

I certainly wouldn’t want her touching my food. I’ve stopped going to several eateries because of this.

A hijab isn't a mask, it doesn't cover the face. Learn things before posting.

Anyhow, unfortunate for the franchise/company, there was no explicit rules about hijabs or the like, so that is on them.

That thing is grotty looking, looks like she didn't wash it. Plus, it hangs down so low, it very likely could dip into the tenders. I'd turn around and walk out.

I don't think it's just the hijab. I wouldn't take food from her no matter what. She doesn't look like she takes care of herself... why would I think she takes care of my food?

On top of that, did you see the photo of the business in the article? I wouldn't walk into there in the first place!

Where did the article say that she was eating at the restaurant?
