According to the law, this depends on whether the private business employs 15+ or not. If so, the employer would have to demonstrate that the employee wearing the hijab would create "undue hardship on the employer's operation of its business".

It probably didn't mention it because wearing a mask isn't part of the uniform policy. Silly to assume it would be. Should people be able to wear pointy white hats and hoods covering their faces at work?

I don't think it's just the hijab. I wouldn't take food from her no matter what. She doesn't look like she takes care of herself... why would I think she takes care of my food?
On top of that, did you see the photo of the business in the article? I wouldn't walk into there in the first place!
