Quit taking things out of context to fix your narrative. That was said back in Dec 2015 because Graham didn't like the following that Trump had amassed and his good old boy JEB was having a hard time. Graham came down on Cruz too.

You actually make our party look more ignorant by twisting the facts all the time. We Democrats look awfully dumb. You won't pick up support from Conservative Democrats like myself and Independents by twisting things and lying when we all want truth and transparency.

We didn't need a draft for those wars as there were around two Million people already in the military at that time.

And yet it is still part of the law that ALL MALE CITIZENS are the militia and can be compelled to train, fight, and die on command.
Oh well.

Exactly - the US would just target Iranian strtegic infrastructure, it might even destroy their nuclear research sites while it's at.

Furthermore Iran has only made a few angry threats which countries with regimes like Iran's do all the time, so people should just calm down.

Sadam Hussein's regime made the same threats, claiming Iraq would unleash a war like which the world had never seen, and that it would be the mother of all battles, but in the end the US and her allies met little resistence.

As for an invasion it's not going to happen, firstly because it's pointless and will acheive nothing, secondly because the people in Iran might seek regime change themselves as the current Government is deply umpopular and thirdly because unlike Iraq which was fairly easy to invade.

Iran is full of mountains and has very different geography to Iraq, and is also many times bigger in terms of area than Iraq with over twice the population of Iraq. Iran has a population of 84 million, Iraq has a population of 38 million, so it's a very different military proposition, and lets also not forget that Iran shares borders with Aghanistan and Pakistan.

A land invasion would be stupid and costly in terms of lives and funding, however taking out strategic targets, and causing greater hardship is sensibla and could even help encourage regime change.

Don't worry, they know the vast majority of males are fat, can't run, can't shoot, do drugs, or are too dumb to be of use. No one is going to rely on random ass garbage civilians to protect this nation.

To state the obvious, this isn't 1941.

It doesn't matter if it's a government website or not. If too many people attempt to gain access to any website, the server may lag, freeze, crash or end up with a DoS error. We see this on CD every once in awhile when it lags. Usually when a website closes down the website for maintenance, they clean out the server cache to clear up the ports.

So what? The quantity of people in the military then and the quantity in the military now are nearly the same.
