Former NFL Player Jack Brewer, who once campaigned for Barack Obama, is predicting that more than 20% of black people will vote for President Trump in the 2020 election.
Quote:
Ex-NFL star predicts 'black awakening' will give Trump unprecedented support in 2020

Former NFL player Jack Brewer once campaigned for Barack Obama but now rejects the Democratic Party after "awakening" to the way it abandoned African Americans, he said Saturday. "For me, once I saw the policies that President Obama pushed in the back half of his presidency just -- it left a bad taste in my mouth," he said during an appearance on "Fox & Friends."

Brewer predicted that a "black awakening" would lead to President Trump garnering more than 20 percent of the black vote in 2020. "And then I really started being awakening [sic] to what was happening with the Democratic Party -- making so many promises but then abandoning the community that I worked so hard in."
It makes sense, especially for people who are unskilled and have lower incomes. Trump has been pushing policies that ACTUALLY help these people. This contrasts with the tribal name calling and race card playing that primarily defines the agenda for the Democrats, which in substance does not help anyone, and in fact is very divisive and a source of great strife and tension.

If President Trump wins 20% of the black vote this cycle, that is all you will need to know to know that he has just won reelection by historic landslide margins. What did Trump get last time? Was it 6%? If he even gets over 10%, it is going to be almost impossible for the Democrats to win in 2020.

Maybe Jack Brewer is on to something. Time will tell. What do you think, is Jack on to something here?

LOL. A second thread today putting forth the fantasy that, suddenly, blacks will begin voting for Trump en masse.

2018 certainly did NOT bear that out.

But - great propaganda title though.

This "fantasy" is from a black man who is heavily involved with community service in the black community, who previously campaigned for Barack Obama.

I would think that you might be more respectful about the opinion of someone with those sorts of credentials.

Blacks will quietly vote Trump in 2020. Most are not vocal because they fear backlash but there are many that support the great things that Trump has done for blacks . Obama did nothing which disappointed many blacks .

NFL stars, with a 100% injury rate often related to TBI, are the first place to go for figuring out such a "revolution" for some...it appears.

Right here on C-D we've heard the same thing about the Jewish Vote. Let's check it out....

"Democrats won 82 percent of the Jewish vote in 2018, compared with 73 percent in 2016 and 67 percent in 2014."

Hmm.......if the NFL star is as "right" as all the C-D pundits, we'll have 85% of the Jewish vote in 2020.

Can any Republican here give a clear, short and concise answer why the Jewish vote went from 67% to 85% in only 4 years? That's a major revolution.....over a 25% up tick.

Most Blacks are still brainwashed by the Democrats and Media to embrace the victim mentality they promote. Don't look for any major changes for the next election.

I think such is possible the lower black turnout is. Right now there is no dem candidate that lights a fire in blacks. Blacks who don’t bother to vote most likely would vote dem if they did. Blacks who lean right will likely vote. So it all depends on black turnout.

I could see 15-20% maybe, but that's about all of the ideological diversity that can be expected within that demographic.

Jack Brewer says he has snapped out of it and it appears to him that many other black voters have snapped out of it finally as well.

What I don't understand is how Trump who was a friend to everyone through the decades of his celebrity rubbing elbows with black people as friends suddenly became a raging racist when he became the President?

I think more and more people are realizing that the screams of racism coming from the Left is complete nonsense.
