I saw the youtube clip of gervais' opening monologue. he was funny, but it would have been more amusing to see the woke audience reactions.
for over a decade, I haven't watched a Hollywood award show on tv, attended many Hollywood movies in the theater because they are either comic books or left wing propaganda, or cared about actors' pontifications on any subject.
