Buzz and Woody are still white, there's a white fork, and nobody has African hair. It's an outrage, I tell ya.

It's not just near-absence of people of color in the Pixar film that’s bothersome...
...each of the leads is Caucasian, and not just the franchise regulars but a host of new ones including a very white fork (Tony Hale) that’s among the more memorable — and merchandisable — creations of this fourth iteration in the series.
As Matthew Cherry, the African American director of animated short Hair Love, recently told The Hollywood Reporter: “When you don’t see yourself represented and you don’t see people with your same type of hair seen as the hero and seen as loving and desired, it really does a number on your self-confidence.”

People keep whining about ‘whiteness’ as if western civilization and prosperity are bad things.

Disney is woke.... because they are woke, they don't have to act woke. doing woke things is only for the unwoke who don't do woke things and can thus be attacked.

The author of this piece is a white man - Stephen Galloway.

Typical to white folks and especially white liberals he is making up an issue about this specific movie that black people have not made a gripe about.

The OP's quote from the black man was about his own movie and not about Toy Story 4. It was taken out of context by Stephen Galloway.

It is interesting how white people make up stuff that they think black people or other POC are complaining about when we are not and then white folks such as the OP subsequently focus on black people like we are complaining when it is them.

Y'all are some interesting folks.....Every black person I know loves Toy Story.

I'm sure if they write a 6-figure check to Al Sharpton, he'll show up and pardon them for their indulgences.
