To prevent future problems Congress needs a bipartisan commission to produce a list of terrorists to important to eliminate !!!

This is about the future and forward looking !!!

Those in favor of all things being bipartisan should jump on this bandwagon !!!
A congressional bipartisan commission that will produce a list of terrorist that are to big and important to kill should be required along with both a vote in the House and the Senate !!! A resolution if that's the right word !!!
No President should be required to abide by it but it could serve as a guideline for them to avoid stepping on congresses toes !!!

It would be a tremendous public service to inform the public of who those terrorist are !!! We have a right to know IF WE ARE AT WAR WITH TERRORISM who is off limits !!! All others get the green light and no argument when they are eliminated !!!

Maybe Trump should send to the congressional leaders a request for such a list !!! Maybe the congress could do its job and explain why certain people who are terrorist are to important to kill in a war on terrorism and why its in our national security interest to keep the enemy alive and attacking us without consequences !!!

I believe there would be agreement that all heads of state of foreign countries would be on that list if they are not heads of states sponsoring terrorism !!! They should be listed just to be clear they are off limits and/or not terrorist and its a starting point !!! We sure wouldn't want someone to take out the leader of China, NK, or Cuba !!!
