I don't know how many claims against him are false but there are likely more real #MeToo stories against him than false. I hope he is convicted of as many of the real ones as possible. For those that are later proven false, those claimants should be in prison for a min. of 3.5 years and they serve the full sentence.
Even if he is found guilty, I doubt he will go to a prison, (like we think of a prison anyway) Probably have to pay a large amount of money and be ordered to set up some kind of organization that helps sexual assault victims.
We already know these people 'take care of their own', if Weinstein is that big of a fish, he will be protected too.
If he's found guilty, they'll throw all the books at him. He's now a political issue.
They're going to have a hard time finding a jury that hasn't decided to convict him before the trial starts.
