A species or environmental issue is everyone's issue, not just what man made border it is in.
Then go convince the Chinese of that fact. I am sure they will smile and say go do something unnatural with yourself. Why I don’t care. And I don’t buy garbage made in China.
Extinction is a natural event. There are far more extinct species than anything that has survived. If we are really worried about it we'll ship them some of our paddlefish just like we put nasty Alaskan wolves back in Colorado and Wyoming. That went well. Or not.
