Science, with near 100% certainly, has proven that man's use of fossil fuels are warming the planet, which is killing people, destroying property and costing us all billions.
No it hasn't. Some scientist say it is and has, some say it isn't and hasn't. Bottom line, the majority of people are never going back to wood heat and walking, and never going forward to solar heat and battery operated cars. In addition, many experts believe the materials and processes used to create the equipment to gather and store solar power, and batteries capable of storage sufficient to operate homes and automobiles are themselves very detrimental to the environment.
Instead of whining about plastic straws and air conditioners, these climate change activist need to start campaigning for strict population control. Limiting the earth's population is the only way to truly conserve the planet. Humans have over populated the planet. Sadly as we increase both in numbers and lifespan, the long term effect on the planet is negative. It is a fact no one is willing to admit for fear of being politically shredded by sentimental thinkers who put feelings over facts.
planets tend to do that....change temperatures. nobody denying that, why is it happening and what role humans play is the crux of the discussion.
Exactly. Looking at the Grand Canyon, and finding aquatic fossils in the Saharan desert pretty much tells us the globe had higher water levels at one point. Finding ancient animal and human remains frozen in the ice tells us there was an ice age at some point. All this happening long before industry. Are we speeding up the changes to our planet...possibly, can we stop the changes to our planet....doubtful. Should we try to preserve our planet , absolutely...within reason. The fear mongering has got to stop. And the blame needs to be directed to the countries polluting the most. And the hypocrisy of it all has to stop.

Natural change isn’t abrupt though. Unless a super volcano suddenly happens.
He fooled you. He said global warming is a hoax. But the climate always changes.
We can settle that quickly. Ask Trump what the difference between global warming and climate change is. Bet you a $1,000 he doesn't have a clue and will not have an answer.

.
Why would you say that? The advantages of solar heat and electric cars are enough to prompt adoption of those even in the absence of any impact on climate, provided we have sufficient advances in technology. That's why I would focus more on research and less on things like carbon taxes.

I remember a popular song back in the day...
"Nothing from nothing leaves nothing"...
