EM’s no stranger to politics if you remember his song “Mosh” criticizing the Bush administration over the Iraq War.

Actually I dont remember it cuz I never heard it or saw a vid. The guys "music" doesn't strike any chords with me. Or anyone in my circle come to think of it.

Dont listen to music to hear political statements. If I'm in a bad mood and want to stay that way I'll plug in some Dio.

powerful video. for 4 minutes +, the video tells you about the dangers of alcohol and rugs, especially when 1 has mental illness.

it's not like he was a sane person, and these guns appeared at his doorstep, and then they hatched their evil plan to make him take them to Vegas.

I thought Eminem's new video was absolutely awesome. the lick is "I don't want to be alone in the darkness".

the video exposes the crisis of white males who are abusing drugs, alcohol, have mental health issues which is not being addressed. the result of society ignoring the crisis is mass shootings by white males. who can honestly deny these shootings are an increasing problem for society?

I agree with Eminem. the 'darkness' is not being addressed. admitting the problem is the first step. How to address it is the bigger question.

Society breaking apart from stress and little emphasis on overall mental health. Pretty much can drive those with mental issues to commit acts of terrorism.

Any mods reading this, just delete that one.
I felt I worded it bad anyways, too late to edit...

It makes me sad that we used to have Gansta Rap and now Hip Hop has turned to this kind of sound.

It'd be like if all of the sudden death metal went acoustic.

There’s various type of hiphop. Top 2 current ones for me imo are kendrick lamar and j cole.

Speaking of music, wonder what current punk/metal bands are good. I know they’re not as big. Only ones I know of are underground..
