Well, if the House majority is corrupt enough, literally anything is impeachable. All you need is the votes. Valid reason is not a requirement at all as we're seeing now.

Now, here this is according to the Constitutional Rights Foundation

What are “high crimes and misdemeanors”? On first hearing this phrase, many people probably think that it is just an 18th century way of saying “felonies and misdemeanors.” Felonies are major crimes and misdemeanors are lesser crimes. If this interpretation were correct, “high crimes and misdemeanors” would simply mean any crime. But this interpretation is mistaken.
Epic failure.

The first person to be impeached, all the way back in 1804 - when most of the Founding Fathers were still alive - was John Pickering, who was impeached for chronic intoxication. Jefferson himself oversaw the impeachment, and the senate voted to remove him.

Chronic intoxication isn't even a crime, let alone a misdemeanor, high or otherwise. And yet he was impeached and removed.

No one, Ukrainian or otherwise was ever investigating Hunter. Did you choose to lie or are you simply that ignorant about reality? Has to be one or the other.

Which is why the founders of the country requires 2/3 vote from the Senate to remove.. they didn't want a President to be removed for political reasons, which is what the House tried to do.

No talking point. Obama broke the law as well per the GAO.

Were you that up in arms about it then?

I wasn't. I rolled my eyes then as I'm rolling my eyes now.

Right. Unfortunately for Democrats, the matter now goes to the adults in the Senate and that'll be the end of it. That's why they are throwing such a fit right now throwing as much nonsense against the wall hoping something will stick. It's very much like how much louder Baghdad Bob got towards the end. There is a sense of desperation to it all.

Oh well, all in good time.

The last poster who should be quoting "epic failure" to people in this thread is James Bond 007.

They total just 13 cents shy of $1.3 billion, the same amount Kerry’s State Department claims Iran was owed in “interest” from the $400 million the U.S. government had been holding.

Hypocrisy much?
How do you explain why such a "stunning crime" wasn't investigated by the Republican majority in the house in 2016?

Why do you keep referring to the Barracks Hussein Obama administration?
