I'm going to preface this. I'm not pro-LGBT. I consider the homosexual lifestyle to be immoral. However, jailing people for having LGBT literature is wrong. It is a disgusting thing to do. Missouri is essentially turning into a fascist state. Kind of ironic it's concerned with LGBT literature and it has one of the highest murder rates in the country.

This society is in a sorry state if we're jailing librarians for providing books.

No they’re not. That should be obvious lately. Only thing they care about is making people live how they want them to live.

That's what the fundamentalist Christians want. They will not be satisfied until they have complete and total control over all aspects of our society, dictating what everyone can and cannot do in our private lives and jailing/executing anyone who dissents in any way. There's no limit on the kind of atrocities they will commit in the name of their angry, vengeful, hateful, vindictive God.

The only chance for freedom in the US to prevail is to vote BLUE this November.

True. They could care less about Trump's crimes. The only care about imposing their religious dogma and forcing everyone to follow their rules.

They dont care about their lord and master of lies during his stormy periods outside of marriage? Or does does such infractions not matter for the holy? Can we all say hypocrites?

Why do we need libraries and universities when we have the internet?

Interesting idea. Maybe such states could be shifted down to territory status, if they fail to meet the standards for being states. Several of them might be combined and run by an appointed territorial governor. Of course, this is a crazy thing that would never happen, but it's just the kind of suggestion you'd expect to hear from the conservatives about disenfranchising blue states.

I think that perfectly sums up the right-wing's view.
