Critical thinkers would ask how anyone would know such thing, and the wording in the article (designed to smear Christians) reveals the truth:
"American states with more religious conservatives search more for sexual content on Google."
So, they figured out which States have most hits to porn, and then they jumped into concluding that the people viewing porn are Christians, because those States have many Christians.
FAIL!
Critical thinkers I would have hope would have read some of the preamble to the study.
"These findings were interpreted in terms of the paradoxical hypothesis that a greater preponderance of right-leaning ideologies is associated with greater preoccupation with sexual content in private internet activity. Alternative explanations (e.g., that opposition to non-traditional sex in right-leaning states leads liberals to rely on private internet sexual activity) are discussed, as are limitations to inference posed by aggregate data more generally."

People who believe in God, like sex too. And naked ladies and naked men.

We are all human and indulge in human behavior.
Most religious conservatives are against sex outside of marriage. Are against homosexuality. Are against sexual liberty. Are against pornography.
Most religious conservatives are as religious as you think they are.
We are all sinners, we all sin, the church goer along with the atheist. The conservative along with the liberal.
