I have low flow toilets, and water saver dishwasher, both work just fine.

His rant about toilets related better to his followers.

"Ya gotta flush 5, 10 times!"

Liberal policies tend to fail spectacularly.
That was in 2008 and the manufacturers responded with low phosphate detergent that worked with hard water in short order.

None of the consumer DW detergent works with my hard water and I had white film on my dishes. Which is why I buy commercial detergent online. Works great.

Thanks government regulation. Must not be so terrible because restaurants and other commercial businesses aren't required to use the crappy stuff. Just us lowly consumers.

Newer washers clean just as well as the old ones. But the drying, ugh. Gotta use a surfactant to get them dry with the heater that shuts off too soon. Why won't Trump talk about this!

I see. So you are opposed to such mandates and regs on principle?

Exactly, these newer appliances are supposesd to be high efficiency, but you use more water and electricity, go figure, however, these things matter to us deplorables.

Because liberals don’t want you to have good dishwashers.

This says all we need to know about Trumps base and then some.
I think that line you posted sums it all up perfectly. When I see those people cheering something this inane, it clarifies how he got elected and who those voters were.

Next he will be telling them liberals don't want them to have beer anymore. THAT will really get them rioting in the streets !
