It is up to the House to determine what is a "high crime or misdemeanor" and it is up to the Senate to say if they agree. Did you not listen to the Constitutional scholars who explained all this?

Funny has Hell. Schiff get's burned completely by Fake News, this time by CBS. He's insured 100% that the impeachment will go down in flames by insulting ALL Republicans in the US Senate.

House Democrats are so incredibly unaware and just plain stupid. Schiff is right up there at the top.

See how that works?

the Senate role is to follow the Constitution, I know that's hard to understand...could you point out in the Constitution where it says that?

Cruz, Rubio, Tim Scott off the top of my head.

How many Senate Democrats aren't white? Pocahontas doesn't count. Democrat non-white Senators I can think of are Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Mazie Hirono.

There is no doubt he will be acquitted. BUT I'm tired of Trump fans/Republican loyalists who refuse to admit Trump doesn't know how to conduct business in the Executive Office, that if a Democrat had done any of the stuff he has been accused & often proven to have done Republican Senators/House Members would be doing the exact same thing.

The farce is the American voter who is so loyal to their party they refuse to drain the swamp.

Trump proved he is as much the swamp as anybody he claims is swampy.

And yes Schiff, Pelosi, Schumer play political games.

They all do.

Lyndsey Graham the scumiest slime of the swamp was in office when all of the stuff was going down with Biden and the Ukraine. He didn't see anything of concern back then and now -- how many years later he is calling for an investigaiton into Hunter Biden's business doings. There were no doings. When you sit on the board for the most part it is a 'figure head' position. You don't do day to day or month to month stuff. Hayley is not running Boeing today anymore than Biden was running Barisma back then.

As you claim that the whole investigation is a witch hoax -- the same is said of the Bidens. There is no red flag except for the fact Barisma wanted to have a 'name' on the board -- not because they were doing something wrong BUT because like Boeing -- they were going for a look --- ...that's all.

Yes Trump will be acquitted -- doesn't mean he's not an oaf, bumbling through foreign policy, turning to Fox News for his policy making.

Nonsense.

Democrats haven't had to face endless false accusations like Trump has had to endure FROM the Democrats.

And like this farce, they all turned out to be 100% fake.

If you are truly worried, then turn your unbiased eyes towards those making all those false accusations.

The Democratic House Manager's case is getting destroyed by facts, logic and common sense. Wow.

Exactly who on the Republican side is coming up with any facts, logic, or even common sense?
