I like your theory. Maybe she's sly like a fox. After all any hope of removal is and in her mind probably has been a pipe dream. She didn't really want this but listened to colleagues who were in a political bind and capitulated. Now it's all about the election. Chances are good he will screw up again in his next term and we could be right back here soon.
There is a lot there. The GOP is afraid to hear it. Lord forbid if Clinton had won in 2016 and asked a foreign country to help her get dirt on a political opponent.
If this "trial" goes the way it looks like it is going to go, I can't wait for John Bolton's first interview. He's probably furiously working on a tell all book right now
The trial is looking at a quick acquittal with all Republicans and even some Dems voting for it. It will be forgotten about barely a day after it ends. The average person doesn’t even know what Trump is being impeached for
I expected more from Trump’s legal team. Regardless of the Senate outcome this issue will continue and I thought there would be a stronger defense.
FOIA, book deals, and document releases will continue and I figured Trump would smack this a little harder to prevent this issue from bring a constant drain during the election. Honestly I’m not impressed by his legal team.
They really have nothing to defend, they know what he did and they know that he was blocking people from testifying.
The Republicans are on dangerous ground. If they don't pretend to give fair hearing to the evidence and then something more incriminating comes out against Trump, that's not going to end well for the GOP. They might win the battle but lose the war.
The only incriminating thing Trump is gonna get caught doing is beating more of that ass.
This is as good as that Bret Kavanalamalamadingdong Confirmation Cramanation, Mueller Time, and 2016.
