Default Mitt Romney is the sole Republican with a spine to convict Trump.

Good for Mitt. A Republican with a spine is going the way of the dodo, appropriately enough in the Trump era. At least he helped to say there’s bipartisan support for Trump’s conviction, technically. No witnesses. No evidence. Not a fair trial. Senate Republicans engaged in a coverup of Trump’s wrongdoings. Regardless, the Republican party is now the party of Trump. What could go wrong?
