I was responding to a poster who said the "trial" in the House was not fair. It was not a trial.

Trump hasn't impeached anyone. So you lose that one. I see that you voted "unfair" for a trial that hasn't even happened yet. hahahahaha

So when are you going to blow your top?

Then the hearing in the House was not fair. It was not designed to get at the truth, but rather to advance a pre-determined end by the Trump-hating Democrats. Totally partisan.

It's not a trial because Moscow Midnight Mitch is afraid of evidence and witnesses. He is aiding and abiding a corrupt coverup. It's still not fair whatever you want to call it.

"Fair" to whom?

The only party entitled to a "fair" trial.......

Is the accused.

The evidence will be released to the public via the First Amendment. If all the rats want to go down on the sinking ship come November, so be it.

I think a better question might be "will the Senate trial be more fair than the House proceeding"?

Trump broke the law, period. The GAO report confirmed it. The Mueller Report also confirmed Trump obstructed justice several times.
Cut it out. The Mueller report did no such thing. The GAO technicality is not part of the articles. The obstruction of justice thing is clearly false under the applicable precedents.

So IOW, no introduction of new witnesses once it moves to the Senate? That's an important fact.

How about as a compromise any witness from the House proceeding can be recalled? That way, Trump's lawyers will have a chance to cross-examine, as opposed to the one-sided Schiff Show of the House.
