With Alexander and Manchin No votes for tomorrow, acquittal is set for tomorrow afternoon.....

Will there be a window in the diversion, for the Durham Report to drop?

The trial will likely run for many hours Friday as the dems keep calling for more amendments for witnesses like they did at the start of the trial.

A vote on acquittal will come late Friday, or sometime Saturday.

Durham won't be releasing anything anytime soon, if he even releases a report at all.

Agreed. My suspicion is that it's going to be much more of a fizzle than a bombshell, a la the IG report.

We will see.

Looks like Cocaine Mitch, made a "we won't rub it in too bad" deal. Last pleas and amendment votes, Monday & Tuesday

I know Mitch doesn't want to upset them anymore than he has to, so I think he is having some nice participation trophies made up for each of the House Managers with their names on them. He may wear a pink suit at the ceremony.

I'm sure the Dems are madly rushing around trying to dig up more dirt before the vote on Wednesday. Together with the complicit media, expect more leaks.

Mitch cut a deal to set the process to end the trial.

The trial record is closed, and there will be no new motions, or amendments permitted.

Senators will each get a chance to speak, then on Wednesday at 4 ET. they vote to acquit.
