This is not the first time Asians have been assaulted in the USA for wearing these masks. I saw a video the other day of an Asian male who was harassed and assaulted for the same thing. It occurred on a subway, so it probably took place in NYC as well. Mass media won't talk about it though. It doesn't advance the leftist media/propaganda machine's narrative in any way. So these incidents will become more prevalent as more people begin wearing these masks when using public transit.

We have been seeing a lot of hatred, ignorance and racism lately out of NYC. A lot of it has been directed towards Jews, but increasingly, Asians are also being targeted. Hopefully the ignorance will diminish, but I doubt it. So much pent up leftist hate in that city, it's gotta seep out and destroy society one way or another.

There does seem to be lots of angry people in these large cities that claim to be the garden of eden.

Seems like NYC has been getting lots of attention for acts of hatred in the international media. Sadly, when people living cramped like sardines in a stuffy setting like that I think people become very cynical in general and sadly people revert to hate.

These big cities claim oasis of tolerance, but they are anything but lately.

Let people wear a face mask if they want if it makes them feel comfortable. In many large American cities these days it's likely good to a wear a mask to keep from breathing all the horrific viruses that are superconcentrated all over the place in these large cities.

Quite honestly, with the hygenic conditions in many cities these days it is good practice to wear a face mask to keep the ultra-concentration viruses out. The subways and public in an ultra-packed environment like that is a petri of very concentration viruses so good for the people wearing protective masks trying to stay healthy.

NYC isn’t a really racist place, IMHO, but it’s a rather rude place at its base and provincial. Coronavirus is probably a ripe reason for NYC unlpleasantness to bubble up among a minority few who choose to act on it, and/ or the other more racist few to act on it, too.

The virus and the over hyped news media calling it “deadly” when in fact the flu is killing so many here in the US. The media hype fuel stupid hysteria and latent hatred from stupid and mean people bubble up. Asians should now carry bats or mace or pepper spray for self defense. Seriously. Too many dumb and ignorant monkeys roaming the streets and they come in all colors.
