You've lost touch with reality, Originalist.
51% of Americans want Trump impeached and removed.
70% of Americans want to hear witnesses in the impeachment trial.
His approval ratings are stuck in the low 40's and have been for months.

The odds are stacked against him. If he's reelected, it will be by the thinnest of margins. There will be no landslide. Odds are he will be a one-term wonder.

Those are the cold, hard facts.

Not any more. Latest Gallup poll: 46% remove Trump from office. 51% don't remove. The Dems are sinking their own case.

No, more like a cop sees you driving 34 in a 35mph zone on Monday, then on Tues they change the speed limit to 25mph and they pull you over for "speeding" the day before.

It. Was. Authorized. At. The. Time.

Now, a judge can say "It shouldn't have been authorized and I won't allow any of the evidence collected to be used." and that's fine. It doesn't make the surveillance magically illegal.

A former FBI wrote a very good article explaining how it is impossible to make the kind of "mistakes" that were in the Carter Page warrant applications. There are too many people that review the applications in great detail, even simple mistakes like grammar, and spelling errors are found, and corrected. It is simply not possible to have 17 major "mistakes" in these FISA applications, it could only happen through a willful decision to do so.

Even the IG stated that when he asked the FBI how these "mistakes" happened, they could not answer these question.
Then whomever "knowingly" misled the FISC judge should be charged. That still doesn't make the surveillance illegal.

This is a very significant development, the FBI was never justified to conduct surveillance on Carter Page, and by extension, the Trump campaign.

The FBI conducted surveillance on hundreds, if not a thousand or more people, many connected to the Trump campaign/administration for a year without proper justification.

ETA: It seems that 2 of the 4 applicants have been ruled to lack probable cause, and they are still working to determine if the other 2 were properly predicated.

So Mueller and his expert investigative team couldn’t figure this out with unlimited resources.

Instead they waisted time finding process crimes and old tax crimes to try and get someone, anyone to say Trump commuted a crime.

Fifty-one percent of U.S. adults said the trial should end with Trump's removal, while 46% said he should remain in office, according to the survey conducted from Jan. 6-19 among 12,638 U.S. adults on Pew Research Center's American Trends Panel. The poll carried a margin of error of plus or minus 1.3 percentage points.

Well, now we know for a fact that the Obama administration was in fact illegally spying on the Trump campaign, just as Trump told us from the outset.

The abuses of the Obama administration and the Democrats are so staggering, it's really hard to believe it. But it's true. The only way those traitors will get the justice they deserve is for Trump to win another term. That's one of the big reasons the liberals are pulling out all the stops to impeach him. They're trying to avoid jail time.

Nope. Old poll. Results in Trump's favor, now. The House Dems (especially Schiff and Nadler) sunk their own case.

I'll be revisiting this post the day after the elections.

The Dem candidates are weak, & Biden may have to drop out due to Ukranian/Burisma corruption. His family members made Millions while Biden was VP & in charge of Ukrainian foreign policy...uh oh

Socialism's a losing hand to moderate Dems & Independents, so nixe Pochahantas, & angry Bernie.

Polls are run by the corrupt mainstream media, so are propaganda...nothing more.

Trumps approval ratings are on par w/ Obama's, & approval ratings are determined by...the corrupt Lib pollsters who got it wrong in 2016...so progaganda. Trump's likely way ahead as evidenced the endless packed house Rally's.

The only pollsters I pay attention to are Frank Luntz, & Rasmussen...some of the time.

Your side's losing ugly....

Obamacare gutted...mandate & penalty's gone

Kavanaugh confirmed...smear failed

190+ new federal judges, federal courts flipped

Russia-gate hoax exposed by fake Hillary Dossier & illegal FISA warrants

Ukraine becoming more of a Biden issue than Trump

IN-peachment fails, and Trump remains IN-office. Pathetic TV ratings.

THOSE are the cold hard facts.
