There were three suspects in this case. One was quickly arrested and taken in. The other two are now also in custody, having been arrested in Las Vegas, where they were on the lam. (photos at link).

Two men who investigators say were involved in a downtown Seattle shooting that killed one person and injured seven others were arrested Saturday, the Seattle Police Department said.

The Seattle Times and the Las Vegas Review-Journal report that Marquise Tolbert, 24, and William Tolliver, 24, were booked into jail in Clark County, Nevada, according to jail records.
I would hope that the courts will take into account that these two are actually victims themselves. They are victims of society and the NRA.

Uh huh. "Victims " say you. LMAO....oh no doubt the method by which you come to this conclusion and tie in the NRA is a stroke of scintillating intellect and collation of data.

Reminds me of the old Superfriends cartoon with Bizzaroworld. Yep. The same world where things like assault magnums, high caliper clips, carbine assault rifles and M1 Grandes exist.

We were in the area yesterday. Lots of police patrols, sunny day, beautiful DT Seattle as it should be. We've been here 3 years now and we never tire of the market, the people and the environment. Fresh fish markets, street performers, lovely museums and an ambience near the water. It's eerily quiet at 3rd and Pine. Maybe in remembrance of those who were injured. I take my hat over my heart for the lovely woman who was shot and killed. The f' ups who did this had double digit arrests between them. There's a reason 3 strikes was conceived and carried out.

Mistyped on my part. Stripper clips could be five round up to ten rounds. I had M-1 Garand on the brain.

They are desperate, uneducated, stupid men, who are now, by their own choices, murderers and will be judged accordingly.

Well the Garand is 8. The Grande is 10. En block stripper clip. The Garand is just a straight en bloc.
