So you’re with the criminal crowd that believes that it is okay for the government apparatus (FBI, CIA, DOJ) to spy on a private citizen during an attempt to be duly elected into a government position, while at the same time want to crucify a private citizen monitoring a government employee who was merely appointed? So when his longtime mentor Roy Cohn lay dying in the hospital Trump suddenly barely knew him and the same thing happened to Trump's loyal fixer, Michael Cohen. Remember when Trump forgot his own acting attorney general Matt Whitaker? “I don’t know Matt Whitaker” (Who can blame the guy? I would want to forget about that guy too?)
We've seen Trump suddenly "forget" a lot of people that he used to know, but one that really stands out is Putin. Now how could someone forget if they ever met him? Yet Trump did. *'From 2015 to 2016 he went from saying that he has “a relationship” with Putin, that Putin once gave him a present, that he’s spoken with him and “got to know him very well,” to saying “I don’t know who Putin is,” “I have no relationship with Putin” and “I don’t know Putin.”'* Now that is a serious case of useful forgetfulness.
