Though the Ukraine investigation into Rudy and Co surveilling the ambassador should be interesting. That’s something our state department should be looking into too.
Maybe that will come up during the investigation of the Bidens.

It is only as valid as the post I was responding to.

Wow! So you’re with the criminal crowd that believes that it is okay for the government apparatus (FBI, CIA, DOJ) to spy on a private citizen during an attempt to be duly elected into a government position, while at the same time want to crucify a private citizen monitoring a government employee who was merely appointed? And the government employee is in the midst of full-fledged insubordination?

The moral confusion of the left, prominently on display....

No, he's not lying. It's just an alternative fact that he doesn't know Lev Parnas. You see, Trump has this weird condition where he suddenly forgets people who are no longer useful to him or who have dirt on him, no matter how well he knew them in the past or how much they did for him.

So when his longtime mentor Roy Cohn lay dying in the hospital Trump suddenly barely knew him and the same thing happened to Trump's loyal fixer, Michael Cohen. Remember when Trump forgot his own acting attorney general Matt Whitaker? “I don’t know Matt Whitaker” (Who can blame the guy? I would want to forget about that guy too?)

We've seen Trump suddenly "forget" a lot of people that he used to know, but one that really stands out is Putin. Now how could someone forget if they ever met him? Yet Trump did. *'From 2015 to 2016 he went from saying that he has “a relationship” with Putin, that Putin once gave him a present, that he’s spoken with him and “got to know him very well,” to saying “I don’t know who Putin is,” “I have no relationship with Putin” and “I don’t know Putin.”'* Now that is a serious case of useful forgetfulness.

Trump knows Parnas.

He may not know him *well*, and he may have kept him somewhat at half-arm's length, but he's certainly aware of who he is.

He's just doing his usual "I don't know the guy" schtick when he gets caught at something.

Trump would not ask someone he did not know to "take out" an American diplomat.
