No because he did what Congress including the GOP and allies approved and authorized. In other words, the GOP have nothing.

So you don't think it was his moral clarity and sense of vision that got him elected? He turned out to be one of the best presidents America has had since the Civil War, and certainly the most honorable one since Dwight Eisenhower. Republicans vowed to destroy him, but he led the Free World for 8 years. He left both the economy and international relations better than he found them.
