I don't know all the details but the Palestinians have rejected it as expected. President Trump doesn't seem to understand like prior USA Presidents that the Palestinian extremists simply want Israel to disappear. So sadly there is no realistic peace plan for Israelis to live in peace.

I started a thread on this last evening, but there wasn't much interest. Apparently, the plan calls to carve out a portion of the West Bank and turn it into a Palestinian State, a proposal that Israel and moderate Arabs throughout the region have accepted. As expected, the Hamas-led Palestinians rejected it, since they will never accept a two-state solution in which they must acknowledge Israel's right to exist in peace.

Default Deal of the Century

So President Trump offers the PLO and Hamas:
  • To double their currently held territory
    “East Jerusalem” as their capitol
$50 Billion dollars to infuse in the economy
    Access to top Israeli ports
Statehood! Or at least a path towards it
Not one single “Palestinian” (or Israeli) has to move

Forgive me, but they currently have nothing. How is this not a good deal? Because they have an imaginary world where they think they’ll evict a million Jews from Judea and Samaria - land held by Jews for 3,000+ years, save for the 19 years the Arabs occupied the land from 1948-1967?

Trump is wasting time working with the PLO. They want one thing and that is the death of all Jews. The best solution is to move them all back to Lebanon where the nomads came from, but none of Israels neighbors want them either.

The land was promised by God to the Jews, something out of everyones hands will happen to fix the situation.

The deal is excellent: the Palestinians get their own state, East Jerusalem as their capitol, $50 BILLION (!!), and yet the terrorist0-led Palestinians will reject it. What this shows is that the inability to achieve peace is the Palestinians' fault, not the Israelis - and that the multitude of posts putting all the blame on Israel is driven by antisemitism.

The “Palestinians” remind me of somebody who is unemployed and after a year of looking for a new job, having lost nearly everything during that time, they still want to negotiate on salary because the offered salary is a bit below what they were expecting.

Dumb PLO, just take the deal. Or at least come to the table and negotiate.

This is exactly what Trump knows and is doing. Give them everything and they will reject it.

True. The Palestinians have rejected excellent deals before. They once rejected a peace plan that gave them more than 90% of what they wanted. They simply do not want to give an inch to the Jews.
