I don't know if he is innocent or guilty, but there is a possible cause for concern when an article says the following: "A year-long Associated Press investigation has uncovered new evidence and myriad inconsistencies in the police investigation."
If new evidence warrants an appeal, great.
A jury can't rule based on evidence that wasn't known at the time.
The crime was a stray bullet, at worse it should have been manslaughter, not murder.
But new evidence shows there was more than a "reasonable doubt" that he did it, and yet he is locked away forever.
Just like Amy and the Prison Industrial Complex like it.
So a freaking gang member does a drive-by and sprays bullets indiscriminately, and it should just be manslaughter because it’s a “stray bullet?”
I read the AP story and am not sure about this particular case, but I have serious issues with gangs spraying bullets to kill someone. They need to be separated from society.

Um, yeah they are. The guy who did it was a serial rapist and they have his semen.
What's always interesting about people who say the Central Park 5 are guilty.
They fall in one of three categories
1) They are guilty simply because Trump said so.
2) They are actually guilty because of... then they rattle off some conspiracy theory.
3) They are guilty because maybe they didn't do the Central Park jogger attack but they did a lot of "other crimes".
I'd be curious which category WCH is in.
