I'll second that. State is broke and cutting funding everywhere it can so the roads have seriously declined. I'm talking about roads in small towns, roads in Chicago, roads everywhere in the state.

La Jolla has is one of the most wealthy zip codes in the US and you need a 4 x 4 to navigate the streets.
