I'll second that. State is broke and cutting funding everywhere it can so the roads have seriously declined. I'm talking about roads in small towns, roads in Chicago, roads everywhere in the state.

PA roads by the end of January will swallow you whole. hahahahaCross into Jersey and the roads are perfect. New York isn't much better than PA. I spent a little too much time in PA. Give me the Rockies any day.
