That becomes the same as being served. This is how Hillary's delay will be quickly squashed. Additionally, the refusal to be served doesn't help her in court later on as that will be used by the prosecution to imply guilt during opening arguments.

Hillary will settle this out of court with Tulsi, for Millions, but we'll never know how many Millions because Tulsi will have to sign a confidentiality agreement as part of the settlement...like that teen just did with CNN who was defamed during the drum banging incident.

Hillary will be much more guarded with her defamitory attacks moving forward. Tulsi wins, Hillary loses this one.
Quoted for truth.

Wives of Presidents get SS protection. Your tax dollars (assuming you pay any) will be paying for her until the day she dies.

She is the spouse of a former POTUS.

The lawsuit is stupid. I'm surprised the judge didn't throw it out.

Why is the lawsuit stupid? Hillary accused a presidential candidate of treason.

LOL. You don't know much about how lawsuits work.

Hillary better have damn good proof of that, or she will be 50 million lighter in the wallet. Reason being, in days long gone by, Tulsi would be justified in killing her accuser, in a duel.

Last week, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii), a Democratic presidential candidate, sued former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for defamation, requesting $50 million in damages. Yet Clinton has twice refused to accept the lawsuit, trying to weasel her way out of a legal battle.

...
The process server first attempted to serve Hillary at the Clintons' house in Chappaqua, N.Y. on Tuesday afternoon, but Secret Service agents turned the server away. The agents directed the server to the Clintons' lawyer, David Kendall. Yet when the server reached Kendall's offices at the Washington, D.C. firm Williams & Connolly, the lawyer said he was unable to accept service on Clinton's behalf.

I would suggest email, but there are no guarantees there either...
This is another sign that Hillary hopes to jump in the race.

Hillary can't be in the middle of a lawsuit for defamation is she hopes to run, so she's playing games to prevent being served.
