Yeah, that's pretty weak. She could show up at the police department with cuts and bruises and Trump's DNA covering her from head to toe, and she would have a hard time getting anyone to believe she had been assaulted.

Unidentified skin cells were found on the sleeves of the dress, seems that is the only place where the skin cells were found on the dress.
The skin cells were from four or more different people, and one or more of those people were male.
She claims that he held her arms and then he reached up under her dress to pull her tights down and raped her, which would have left skin cells inside and/or outside of the body of the dress (and there were no bodily fluids on the dress) .. yet, the only place skin cells were found were on the sleeves???? Yeah that makes sense, not.

Most likely he shops there and knows that there are always one or more store clerks in every single area of the store. I wonder why she's not also suing Bergdorf's.
