Hopefully, people start suing each and every California police department, sheriff department and jail that violates their rights.

Would be wonderful if the families became very rich over the sickening behavior of this particular California police department.

Sickening and diguesting. After all the cases going in California of unqualified police officers , it is apparent that most police officers in California wouldn't even be qualified to scrub the toilets at city hall in Casperr and Bismarck.

That is what happens when these police agencies only care about sub-groups that are hired and not hiring only the very best like some states do.

They need start suing California police departments like this because they are hiring police officers in California that wouldn't even qualified to scrub toilets in Bismarck or Casper.

Perhaps this mom’s inability to communicate in English contributed to the confusion.

I wonder how many cases of police misconduct in California each year compared to Wyoming, North Dakota or Nebraska?

I have been in California many times but not Fresno where this happened

The SAPD and LAPD seems to have lots of very bad drivers based on anecdotal observations.

Higher numbers of minorities in California as opposed to Wyoming, North Dakota, et al will insure these incidents keep happening in greater numbers here in the Southland.

I doubt he got thrown in a squad car for being disabled
As to qualification for police officer I scrubbed toilets for years and still could not get in the force
But many janitors have no doubt they would make magnificent cops

Well I mean those other states you mentioned don’t have as much a population...

Um, the news story says that "He has autism, he has epilepsy, stop it!" she can be heard screaming."

Where did you hear that she has trouble communicating in english? The story says no such thing.
