Yep. It was basically Trump campaigning and trying to get his base. At least in past speeches he tried to do things that united us, now he doesn't even hide being divider in chief.
Her disgraceful display of hatred in NO WAY diminishes the outstanding substance of the SOTU speech!
It was a great speech and her behaviour has nothing to do with its content .. she sat playing with paper looking over at her own people and just being silly..shes the talk of the town..
