Since forever, Congress critters create bills they know are DOA. They then claim the creation or sponsorship as an accomplishment. It’s as bipartisan as it gets.
If I create a list for Santa, and I don't get what I asked for, that doesn't mean I didn't want it in the first place. The sponsors of this bill want to eliminate deportation in pretty much every circumstance to include murder, decriminalize border breaches, and put the taxpayer on the hook to pay transportation costs to/from their countries. How does that serve the American citizen? Hell no!
